Baby Massage Programme
Our Baby Massage programme provides a calm, nurturing, and supportive space for parents and caregivers to bond with their baby through gentle massage techniques, relaxation, and connection. Touch is one of the most important early experiences for babies and can support emotional wellbeing, communication, relaxation, digestion, and attachment.

Touch is one of the most important and nurturing early experiences a baby can have. Baby Massage provides a calm, gentle, and supportive space where parents and caregivers can learn soothing massage techniques while strengthening the bond with their baby.
Through guided sessions, parents will learn both stimulating and relaxing massage strokes that can support babies’ emotional wellbeing, communication, relaxation, and physical development. Baby Massage is not only beneficial for babies, it also offers valuable time for parents and caregivers to slow down, connect, and build confidence in responding to their baby’s needs.
Our groups provide a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where parents can meet others, share experiences, and reduce feelings of isolation during early parenthood.

Parents are encouraged to attend at their own pace, feeding, changing, comforting, and settling babies throughout sessions is always welcomed and expected.
Tea, conversation, and connection are just as important as the massage itself, helping to create a space where families feel supported, included, and connected within the community.
