Parenting Programme
Our Parenting Programmes provide supportive, welcoming, and practical spaces for parents and caregivers to build confidence, strengthen relationships, learn new skills, and connect with other families within the community. Through evidence-based programmes, we support positive communication, emotional connection, child development, and family wellbeing.
Parenting can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, but it can also bring challenges, uncertainty, and moments where additional support and connection are important. At Cabra Family Resource Centre, we recognise that every family is different, and every parent brings their own experiences, strengths, and understanding to their parenting journey.
